Until his recent move to the Cotswolds Henrik ran the high end Scandinavian inspired restaurant Aquavit in London. When he visited our kitchen showroom a couple of months ago we were excited to work alongside a Swedish Michelin star chef and provide him with a high quality Swedish kitchen for his new home where he can experiment with new recipes and cook for his family and friends.
