Covid secure measurements

We are delighted to open up our Showrooms again!  To make sure our customers and staff are safe we still encourage everyone to conduct as many meetings as possible remotely and to limit face to face meetings as much as we can.    

Since our showrooms are not very big, all showroom meetings/ viewings will be on an appointment only basis and we will only allow one client or client group in the showroom at any time. Please therefore call us in advance to book your appointment to make sure that we can see you when you come to the showroom.

In the showrooms, to keep our clients and staff safe, facemasks are required and we have hand sanitizers and disposable gloves available to use.  We would also welcome you to wash your hands when you come to the showroom – please ask the staff and they will direct you.

The showrooms are cleaned between every meeting and we are frequently cleaning objects and surfaces that are touched regularly, including sample handles and stone samples.

Our staff will demonstrate social distancing guidelines with our customers and we will attempt to stay 2m away from each other at all times.  We also ask you as clients to help us in keeping social distancing to our staff.
